It’s more than just a tailgate; it’s an experience of Edmonton hospitality like no other. Come join us and soak in the excitement with live music, free Stawnichy’s Kubbie Burgers (At the K-97 tent) and a pre-game performance from the Elks drumline. Local 488 will be providing cold drinks and snacks to those attending.

UA 488 Family Picnic
The ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE is pleased to announce that our Annual Family Picnic will be held at Laurier Park-Valley Zoo this year. You must register your family for the picnic by May 19, 2023. This will ensure your free admission to the Valley Zoo. For this reason, we are unable to accept any late registrations and you cannot register once you arrive.

Genesee Work Changes
Attention all Members,
Changes have been made at the Genesee repowering project with PCL to benefit our members!
Going forward all workers currently on site and dispatched in the future through Local 488 will recieve payment as per the ICI wage page with full benefits and overtime/double time!
