Calling all Local 488 members!
The Supplementary Fund Trustees want to highlight YOU and your achievements in our upcoming June Pipeline newsletter. If you or your child have benefited from our Education Bursaries and successfully completed post-secondary education, we want to feature your story!
Submit a brief bio along with details such as years of service, the program completed, a photo of you and your child, and how the Local 488 Supplementary Fund bursary has impacted your journey.
Hurry, submissions close on April 16, 2024. By sending your bio, you agree to have your story featured in the newsletter if selected.

Registration Fee: $100 / player (includes breakfast, dinner, cart fee and swag bag)
March 2024 Waterpark Tickets
Exciting News for Local 488 Members!
Get ready for a splashing good time at the West Edmonton Mall Waterpark on March 9, 2024 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm! To enhance your experience, we’ve introduced an online registration system for ticket purchases. Simply click the provided link below to secure your spot. Tickets are $20.00 each, with a maximum purchase of 10 per member. Children 2 and under are free, and do not need to be registered as they do not require a ticket. On the event day, collect your tickets by presenting the confirmation email or your union card. For those unable to attend, designate a family member and inform us via email. With a limit of 1000 tickets, it’s first-come, first-served, so register early! Payments can be made via e-transfer or at our hall, ensuring to add “WEM Waterpark” and your Members UA Card # in the memo line. Your cooperation is key to making these events fantastic for everyone.
