Officer’s Election 2025
To be eligible to run for any position in the Officer Elections you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be a Journeyman member in good standing for a period of two (2) years from the date of the nomination meeting.
- Dues must be paid up to and including September 2025.
- Campaigning cannot begin until nominations have been completed and campaign material or stickers will be limited to the dispatch hall.
- Self nominations will be accepted. A reminder to send in a letter to the attention of the president if you are not going to be at the meeting. The letter must state what position you are nominating/running for, and must include your name, and UA card number.
- Submissions for the Campaign Literature Newsletter are due on October 20, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. Submissions will not be accepted after this time.
- Once you are deemed eligible to run, you will get a package that includes a form to fill out if you wish to have a scrutineer. The package also includes a form that must be filled out and handed in at the meeting, along with the Campaign Rules for Candidates.
