We have just received confirmation from the employer that the project will only be able to bring back previous visa holders, meaning all new applicants will not be receiving a visa to go to the United States to work. This message is directly from the employer: “The final regulation only allows us to bring back previous visa holders, so we will not be able to use the new applicants. That is completely different from how they allowed us to operate in the past, but it is a new regulation and the Departments of Labor and Homeland Security have made the requirements into an almost unsurmountable obstacle.” We would like to thank all interested applicants who were excited to represent UA Canada on this endeavor and we are certain this is not the last we will see of work visas to support our Brothers and Sisters down south.

We have received calls regarding members experiencing issues when attempting to pay dues on the website with their iPhones. Our I.T. department is aware and working to correct these bugs, however, there is a temporary solution. On your mobile device, when prompted to pay with your credit card, use the “Scan New Card” feature on your iPhone instead of manually entering your card info, and this should fix the problem.
