Clicking ‘Submit Request’ does NOT guarantee you a dispatch slip. If your request is successful, you will be e-mailed your dispatch slip along with all relevant job/A&D information to the e-mail address you have provided.
Ensure your email address is up to date and make sure to check your junk mail.
Login to your account and click on “Dues/Work status” to find the information you are looking for.
For members without an active account, you need to create your own account to be able to access this information. To create an account, click here
To put your self on the out of work board online you must first login to your account. Once logged in, you will be automatically directed to the Dues/Work Status page within your account. Scroll down on the page until you see a button marked “Sign the Out of Work Board.” Click on that button and follow the directions when prompted. Login here: click here
Login to your account, click “Dues/Work Status” at the top of the page where you will be able to see your current credit on file, the last month paid for date, and a separate button to make a payment. You can make payments using your credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
When you go into bad standing due to your dues being in arrears you lose your benefits and your spot on the board. It is vital to ensure your dues are kept up. This can be checked online at any time by logging in to your account.
To get out of bad standing, you need to call the office to lift your bad standing so that you can make a payment online.

Our boundaries encompass Northern Alberta, north of (and including) the City of Red Deer, which is about halfway between Calgary and Edmonton. Our jurisdiction for Refrigeration Mechanics includes the whole province of Alberta.
To obtain membership, you will need to work with us as a permit. The optimal time to receive a dispatch slip as a permit/non-member is through our peak manpower during shutdown seasons, typically, Spring and Fall.
